Adult son has Autism and was very anxious. One way he calms himself is by searching the web on his pc at home. He sat in the libby for a couple of hours on that pc and no one bothered him and were polite and helpful. Breakfast room staff and front desk clerk who checked us in were warm and friendly, helpful a d accommodating, patient, professional and kind. Also they were patient with our very poor French.

The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was great too, everything we needed was there. There was a TV, a fridge and a microwave in case we needed it. The continental breakfast was great too, there was someone for help just in case, the staff overall was nice and helpful.

Nice options for breakfast. Having sliding doors leading to outside made taking my dog for a walk easy. The rooms themselves are quite soundproof, although it can be a bit noisy if neighbouring guests are sitting in the chairs outside their rooms.

Very good and clean the breakfast was fantastic, I have recommended to the people to visit comfort inn Gatineau once they are in trip in Ottawa Gatineau. By my self I will be there on July for one week
